DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SHOES?

If you have your own set and would like to use your own, great! If not, we have shimano shoes offered at the studio at no cost. Our staff will be more than happy to help you out with your shoes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR AND BRING?

Come dressed in your workout gear and bring socks along! Should you forget to bring, we sell socks for $5 and CruCycle water for $2.

HOW MANY CALORIES ARE BURNED PER CLASS?

Depending on the energy expenditure as well as weight and metabolism of the individual, you can burn up to an average of 500 to 600 calories in a 50-minute class.

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT FOR MEMBERSHIPS?

Purchase single classes or packages. To find out which is right for you, feel free to call our studio at +65 6509 8880. Please note that classes cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise, and we have specific validity periods for each type of class purchased.

I'M NEW TO INDOOR CYCLING, WILL CRUCYCLE BE OKAY FOR ME?

CruCycle is designed for people of all levels to enjoy. Students are able to go at their own pace to suit their personal abilities, and are encouraged to stay hydrated at their own time during the class. Choose to ride in the front row with the more advanced, or follow along in the middle and back row for beginners. Beginners are recommended to attend a Tap Back to Basics class before joining the all levels pack ride.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

CruCycle is suitable for any age. However, if you are below 18 years of age, you must have a waiver signed by an accompanied parent or guardian.
